WHY SUPPORT ENCORE AND THE ST. JOSEPH PUBLIC SCHOOLS?
Excellence in academics makes for more than just “better students”…it makes better kids who become better parents, or better employees, or better leaders. Not all participants in the history of St. Joseph schools performing arts went on to become a Jay Schadler of ABC News Prime Time, or a Dan Wheeler-host of QVC, or 2013 Miss America Nina Davuluri—and although many performed on (or off) Broadway or professionally in a variety of other ways, the vast majority have gone on to lead lives like everyone else, but perhaps with a little more poise and self-confidence.
